Ingredients

- 4 pieces flour tortillas (small size)
- 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (whipped)
- 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
- 1/4 cup strawberries (chopped)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
- 1/4 cup whipped cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Using a taco mold, fry the flour tortillas until golden and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped heavy cream until well combined.
- Gently mix in the sliced strawberries.
- Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake filling.
- Top with chopped strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- These tacos can be prepared in advance and served chilled.
- Feel free to substitute the strawberries with other fresh fruit.
