Description

Delicious strawberry cheesecake filled tacos, perfect for dessert!


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces flour tortillas (small size)
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (whipped)
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup strawberries (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Using a taco mold, fry the flour tortillas until golden and crispy.
  3. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped heavy cream until well combined.
  6. Gently mix in the sliced strawberries.
  7. Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake filling.
  8. Top with chopped strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
