- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder

- 1 lb Baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes. Place them in a pot of salted water, bringing it to a boil for about 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
- Once cooked, drain the potatoes and place them on a baking sheet. Use a fork or the bottom of a glass to gently smash each potato, creating a crispy surface.
- Drizzle the smashed potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then roast in a preheated oven at 425°F for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- While the potatoes are roasting, cut your steak into bite-sized cubes. Season generously with salt, pepper, and any preferred spices for extra flavor.
- In a hot skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of oil and sear the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side until nicely browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
