- 4 oz ricotta cheese

- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if available.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
- Drizzle olive oil over the dough and spread evenly.
- Spoon dollops of ricotta across the surface, then layer with fresh mozzarella slices.
- Sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes over the cheese according to your heat preference.
- Bake on the hot pizza stone or baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey; top with fresh basil before slicing.
