Description

A flavorful and spicy garlic butter sauce perfect for drizzling over seafood or pasta.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until fully melted but not browned.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring to avoid burning.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and crushed red pepper flakes. Let the spices bloom for flavor.
  4. Simmer the mixture gently for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Turn off the heat and stir in chopped parsley and lemon juice if using.
  6. Serve immediately or store for later use in a sealed container.

Notes

  • This sauce can be adjusted to your heat preference by adding more or less crushed red pepper flakes.
