Ingredients

- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until fully melted but not browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring to avoid burning.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and crushed red pepper flakes. Let the spices bloom for flavor.
- Simmer the mixture gently for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off the heat and stir in chopped parsley and lemon juice if using.
- Serve immediately or store for later use in a sealed container.
Notes
- This sauce can be adjusted to your heat preference by adding more or less crushed red pepper flakes.
- Great on grilled shrimp or pasta dishes.
