A delicious and spicy garlic noodle recipe perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 green onions
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- ⅓ cup neutral oil (vegetable, canola, avocado)
- optional sesame seeds to garnish
- 2 portions rice noodles of choice
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to the package.
- In a small pan, heat the oil until very hot, just below smoke point.
- Add the spices, rice vinegar, and soy sauce to a heat-proof bowl.
- Carefully pour the hot oil into the bowl, this will splatter so be careful and go slowly.
- Stir to just combine then add to the bowl of noodles.
- Stir to coat and top with parsley and sesame seeds.
Notes
- This dish can be customized with additional vegetables or protein as desired.
- Adjust the level of spice by altering the amount of chili flakes and cayenne pepper.
