Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour
- 1/3 cup dairy-free cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F (175C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the dairy-free cream cheese and egg. Mix well until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Add the blanched almond flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms. The texture should be slightly sticky, neither too firm nor too runny.
- Using a #20 scoop or a large spoon, portion the biscuit dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven at 350F for 15 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Remove the freshly baked almond flour biscuits from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftover biscuits in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a variation, try adding herbs or spices to the dough.
