A delicious and easy recipe for honey garlic meatballs cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs frozen fully-cooked meatballs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Add the frozen meatballs into the Crockpot.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat them evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until meatballs are heated through.
- If a thicker sauce is desired, mix cornstarch and water, then stir it in during the last 30 minutes with the lid off.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
- Serve hot as appetizers or over rice or noodles for a full meal.
