A delicious and creamy cheese dip made with ground beef, Velveeta cheese, and tomatoes, perfect for parties!
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 10 ounces Rotel tomatoes with green chilies (1 can, undrained)
- 4 ounces cream cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning (optional)
- As needed Toppings: diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Cut the Velveeta cheese into small cubes.
- In a Crock Pot, add cooked ground beef, cubed Velveeta, and the can of Rotel tomatoes (with juices).
- If using, add cream cheese and seasonings.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally until melted and smooth.
- Switch to the “warm” setting to serve.
- Garnish with optional toppings and serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
Notes
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Adjust the seasonings to taste based on your preference.
