- 2 boxes 3 ounces each instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold whole milk
- 2 cups chopped Christmas cookies
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips optional
- ½ cup red and green candy-coated chocolates
- 2 cups whipped topping for topping
- ¼ cup crushed peppermint candies
- ¼ cup red and green sprinkles
- 6 small cookie pieces for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed Christmas sugar cookies and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9×9-inch dish and chill for 20–30 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust and chill 15–20 minutes.
- Whisk pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Let stand 3–5 minutes, then spread over cream cheese layer. Chill 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped cookies, chocolate chips, and candy-coated chocolates evenly over pudding layer.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over dessert and smooth evenly.
- Garnish with crushed peppermint, sprinkles, and cookie pieces. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
