A delicious creamy chicken pasta recipe that combines tender chicken, pasta, and a rich sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth (link)
  • 1/2 cup heavy/whipping cream
  • 1 cup caesar dressing (link)
  • 8 ounces pasta (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the garlic and chicken, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and caesar dressing, bringing to a simmer.
  4. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and add to the skillet.
  5. Stir in the parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
