Description

A delicious and quick recipe for creamy Maggi noodles with a spicy twist!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packets Maggi noodles and seasoning
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned mayo
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • ½ teaspoon dry oregano
  • Fresh cilantro to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet, heat the milk and cheese until melted and smooth.
  2. Add sauces and seasonings and seasoning packets. Cook for 1 minute until all combined.
  3. Add the noodle packs, cover and simmer on low for 5-6 minutes until the noodles are softened and cooked through. Add milk if you need to thin the sauce and top with fresh cilantro.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less chili flakes according to your preference.
  • Fresh cilantro adds a nice flavor and color contrast.
