A delicious and quick recipe for creamy Maggi noodles with a spicy twist!
Ingredients

- 2 packets Maggi noodles and seasoning
- ⅔ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Schezwan sauce
- 1 tablespoon seasoned mayo
- 1–2 slices American cheese
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- ½ teaspoon dry oregano
- Fresh cilantro to garnish
Instructions
- In a medium skillet, heat the milk and cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add sauces and seasonings and seasoning packets. Cook for 1 minute until all combined.
- Add the noodle packs, cover and simmer on low for 5-6 minutes until the noodles are softened and cooked through. Add milk if you need to thin the sauce and top with fresh cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less chili flakes according to your preference.
- Fresh cilantro adds a nice flavor and color contrast.
