Description

A creamy and delicious spinach artichoke dip, perfect for serving warm with bread, chips, or veggie sticks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the spinach until wilted. Transfer to a strainer or cheesecloth and squeeze out all excess moisture. Chop finely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in chopped spinach and artichoke hearts. Add half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, reserving the rest for topping.
  5. Transfer mixture to a cast iron skillet or oven-safe dish. Spread evenly and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top.
  7. Serve warm with bread, chips, or veggie sticks.

Notes

  • This dip is best served warm and can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
