Description
A creamy and delicious spinach artichoke dip, perfect for serving warm with bread, chips, or veggie sticks.

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the spinach until wilted. Transfer to a strainer or cheesecloth and squeeze out all excess moisture. Chop finely.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in chopped spinach and artichoke hearts. Add half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, reserving the rest for topping.
- Transfer mixture to a cast iron skillet or oven-safe dish. Spread evenly and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top.
- Serve warm with bread, chips, or veggie sticks.
Notes
- This dip is best served warm and can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of cheese to your taste.
