Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely ground almond flour
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. Whisk almond flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Beat eggs, then mix with olive oil, melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
  4. Fold Parmesan into dry ingredients.
  5. Combine wet and dry mixtures gently until thick batter forms.
  6. Transfer batter to loaf pan and smooth top.
  7. Bake 35–45 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool 20–30 minutes before slicing.
