Description

Delicious and crispy cherry cream cheese egg rolls that are easy to make and perfect for dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cream Cheese (softened)
  • ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Cherry Pie Filling
  • 8 pieces Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Cooking Spray Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with one corner pointing towards you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture and 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling onto the center of the wrapper.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the side corners. Roll away from you tightly to seal the egg roll. Use a little water to wet the edges to secure the wrap.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once they are done, let them cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with a glaze if desired. Enjoy the crispy, creamy delight!
