- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Mash the strawberries lightly in a bowl to release juices.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, chia seeds (if using), and mashed strawberries to the bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Spoon the mixture into jars or containers. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, give the oats a stir and top with extra strawberries, a dollop of yogurt or whipped cream, and crushed graham crackers.
