Description

Delicious brownie cheesecake cups perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into each liner until halfway full. Bake for 15 minutes.
