- 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and pour into each liner until halfway full. Bake for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then mix in sour cream and vanilla until combined.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, being careful not to overmix.
- Spoon cheesecake mixture over the baked brownie bases, filling almost to the top.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until set around edges but slightly jiggly in center. Let cool completely before serving.
