A delicious creamy pasta dish with ranch seasoning and ground beef.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cups medium pasta shells (uncooked)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 4 cups beef broth
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer cooked beef to your crockpot. Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours to let the flavors meld.
- About 30–40 minutes before serving, add uncooked pasta shells, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and heavy cream. Stir gently.
- Continue cooking until pasta is tender and the sauce is creamy, about 30 minutes more. Stir once or twice during this time if possible.
- Taste and season with salt and black pepper. Serve warm and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- Garnishing with chopped parsley adds a nice touch.
- Feel free to adjust seasoning to your taste.
