Description

A refreshing cucumber salad with a creamy yogurt dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/3 cup chopped dill
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sour cream, chopped dill, honey, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  3. Pour the dressing over the sliced cucumbers and toss gently to coat all the cucumber slices evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
