A comforting and creamy chicken noodle casserole that’s easy to make and delicious to eat.

- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly coated.
- Gently fold the cooked egg noodles into the chicken and vegetable mixture until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the mix.
