- 2 packages cinnamon rolls
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsps. melted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup cream cheese frosting
Instructions
- Coat the casserole with butter and heat the oven to 350°F.
- Arrange the cinnamon rolls with space between each roll.
- Pour the heavy cream over the cinnamon rolls, filling in the gaps between the rolls.
- In a small mixing bowl, stir melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
- Drizzle the butter-sugar mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
- Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cinnamon rolls, if desired.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- This casserole is great for a crowd and can be easily doubled.
- You can add nuts or fruit to the mixture for extra flavor.
